What is EyeRhythm-Lite?
EyeRhythm-Lite is a Mac menu-bar app that reminds you to take screen breaks. It combines advance reminders, Eye Guardian, a fullscreen rest countdown, and local usage statistics.
Can I keep working during a break?
While the fullscreen break window is in front, it covers the apps underneath. Choose End Break Early at any time to close the break on all displays and return to work.
Does the trial become a subscription?
No. The seven-day trial does not renew or charge automatically. Continued use after it expires requires Full Unlock, a one-time in-app purchase. Local prices are shown by Apple.
Does it require Accessibility or Input Monitoring permission?
No. EyeRhythm-Lite does not require either permission. Optional notification permission enables local macOS notifications; preferences and usage statistics remain on your Mac.
