Need help with the menu-bar icon, reminders, fullscreen breaks, or local statistics? Contact support and include your macOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened.

Common Questions

I do not see the app in the Dock.

That is expected. EyeRhythm-Lite is a menu-bar app. Look for the eye icon on the right side of the macOS menu bar.

I do not receive advance reminders.

Open System Settings, choose Notifications, and allow notifications for EyeRhythm-Lite. Also check that notifications are enabled in the app preferences.

Can a break be ended early?

Yes. Breaks are voluntary. The fullscreen break screen includes an End Break Early button.

Where is my data stored?

Preferences and usage statistics are stored locally on your Mac. EyeRhythm-Lite has no account system, analytics, cloud sync, or network client.
